Easy Chicken in Red Wine Sauce (Malbec preferably)
- 1 Cup of Red Wine
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts (in halves)
- Salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat, cook garlic until tender. Place the chicken breast on the skillet and cook for ten minutes on each side till cooked and you cannot see any pink.
Drain oil from skillet and spread the paprika on top of the chicken breasts, then sprinkle the brown sugar on top of them and spread the red wine all over the chicken.
Cover and simmer about for 15 - 20 minutes, lightly baste chicken with the wine sauce while cooking. Sprinkle salt and pepper as desire.
